Required Fields: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zipcode, Country. Please ensure the file is properly formatted and has fields representing each component of a mailing address.
Optional Fields: Internal ID(s), First Name, Last Name, latitude and longitude will help us validate the addresses during the fulfillment step.
Standard suppression list(s) and other exclusion criteria will be applied for enterprise/corporate accounts. We will reach out to you if we encounter any issues during the validation process.

When to use? Use this feature if you need to send mail to an existing mailing list - prospects, customers, friends & family. Great option when mailing our premium 5x7 postcards in envelopes.

How does it work? We will mail to the nearest neighbors around each address on this list.
When to use? Use this feature if you need to send mail to neighbors of customers that have used your services in the past.

We will dedup the list and ensure each address is valid and mailable. You will receive a link to track your mailing and see where the postcards were mailed. Use this page to upload your own address list. You can mail to every address on the uploaded list or mail to neighbors around each address. Simply copy and paste a list of addresses from your spreadsheet software. If the list contains more than 2,000 addresses, we recommend using the file upload option.
Mail-to-Neighbors is a great option when you need to mail to the 10–100 closest addresses around each address on your list. Use it if you have a list of existing customers and want to mail to nearby properties around each address. If there is any overlap, our system will remove duplicate addresses. The addresses on your original list will be excluded.
Please do your best to format the address list so the data is consistent and accurate. Each address should be on a separate line. Our system will verify each address to ensure it is properly formatted, accurate, and mailable. You may also consider purchasing a mailing list from a data provider such as Acxiom, Melissa Data, or Experian.
Yes, our system will attempt to remove duplicate addresses from the list. Any invalid addresses will also be skipped.
Yes. After submitting the order, you can see exactly where the postcards were sent. You will receive a link to a web-based report showing the recipient addresses, postcard images, and the current mailing status of each postcard. There is also a link to download a CSV file with the addresses.
The price depends on the quantity and the size of the mail piece. It will be shown on the checkout page and on the Image Upload page. For pricing estimates, please see our pricing page. Our pricing is "all-in," so it includes printing, postage, and more. Once you reach the checkout page, we offer shortcuts to easily update the quantity.
Yes. On the Mailing Options page, request a personal copy of the postcard. We will send a postcard to the address you specify at the same time we ship your order, if requested. As a rule of thumb, this is a good way to know when the postcards have arrived in the mailboxes of your target recipients.
The postcard is printed in full color on premium 14 pt. glossy card stock. We currently offer 4x6, 5x7, 6x9, and 6x11 postcards. In addition, we offer letters and 5x7 greeting cards in envelopes for residential, business, and list-upload mailings. Please refer to our products page for more information.
We typically review postcards within 1 business day, though it may take an extra day for address lists that are not fully formatted. With United States Postal Service First-Class Mail, postcards usually arrive within 5–7 days after the order date. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, as this depends on the postal service.
At this time, we offer mailings in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
