Use this page to estimate your mailing area. To get started, type in the center-point address for your mailing. You can also enter a town name, neighborhood name, ZIP code, or intersection. Select one of the recommended addresses from the dropdown menu. After selecting the quantity, the map will update to show an estimated mailing area.
Type a different address into the search field. If you are unsure which address to use, you can click on one of the existing markers to see that property’s address. The search bar is location-aware, so you only need to type the first few characters of the address to adjust the location.
Yes. Click on Edit Area to modify your selection (available on devices with larger screens). Pro tip: switch the map to satellite view to help target properties that are most likely to purchase the product or service you are offering.
If a pre-set quantity is selected, our system will automatically expand the mailing area until the requested quantity is reached. This is the recommended option for neighborhoods with single-family homes. When you use the Edit Area option to customize the mailing area, our system will only mail to properties within the selected area. During fulfillment, if the requested quantity is not reached, we will issue a partial refund for the difference.
It is possible that some markers are overlapping and appearing as a single marker. This can happen with apartment buildings or new developments where accurate data may not yet be available. During fulfillment, we validate each address against USPS to make sure it is mailable and not marked as vacant.
This can happen for a few reasons. Some properties may not have mailboxes, so our service would not work for that area. If you already have a list of addresses, you can upload your own mailing list here. Our system periodically scans for new addresses, but some parts of the country may occasionally be out of date. If you think there should be addresses in that area, please reach out to us and we can verify that the area has the latest data.
Yes. After submitting the order, you can see exactly where the postcards were sent. You will receive a link to a web-based report showing the recipient addresses, postcard images, and the current mailing status of each postcard. There is also a link to download a CSV file with the addresses.
In most cases, over 95% of the addresses in the mailing match the markers shown on this page. If it is important to mail to specific address(es), we recommend uploading your own mailing list here.
On the Mailing Options page, which appears before checkout, we offer an option to exclude addresses with unit, suite, or apartment numbers. We also offer an option to exclude addresses that are likely to be rentals. Our enterprise clients also have the option to use a custom suppression list. These filters are applied after the order has been submitted, so they will not be reflected on this page.
The price depends on the quantity and the size of the mail piece. It will be shown on the checkout page and on the Image Upload page. For pricing estimates, please see our pricing page. Our pricing is all-in, so it includes printing, postage, and more. We also offer shortcuts to easily update the quantity from the checkout page.
Yes. On the Mailing Options page, request a personal copy of the postcard. We will send a postcard to the address you specify at the same time we ship your order, if requested. As a rule of thumb, this is a good way to know when the postcards have arrived in the mailboxes of your target recipients.
The postcard is printed in full color on premium 14 pt. glossy card stock. We currently offer 4x6, 5x7, 6x9, and 6x11 postcards. In addition, we offer letters and 5x7 greeting cards in envelopes for residential, business, and list-upload mailings. Please refer to our templates page for more information.
We review postcards within 1 business day. With United States Postal Service First-Class Mail, postcards usually arrive within 5–7 days after the order date. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, as it depends on the postal service.
At this time, we ask that you place separate orders for each area. To make it easier, we provide a reorder option that makes it almost effortless to place additional orders.
At this time, we offer mailings in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
